🌵⬇️More Info⬇️🌵 After eating cactus, the Javelina will rub its snout on the ground to try and remove spines. It also uses its back hooves to try and dislodge them from its face. If spines are not removed, they can become infected. This is not a comfortable thing to deal with. While cactus is natural for them to eat, thankfully it is not required.
